LoanWatch is built by MaxiMoney, a team obsessed with making credit honest and legible for everyday Indians. We're a loan advisor (DSA) — we help you find and switch to better offers. We are not a lender or an RBI-regulated entity.

1. What LoanWatch is

LoanWatch is a loan advisor (a Direct Selling Agent). We read your credit report to tell you whether your EMIs can be lowered and, if you choose, connect you with lending partners. We are not a bank, lender, or RBI-regulated entity, and we do not lend money.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and hold a valid PAN to use LoanWatch. You agree to provide accurate information.

3. Consent & credit checks

With your explicit consent, we perform a soft credit enquiry to retrieve your report. A soft enquiry does not affect your credit score. You may withdraw consent and delete your data at any time.

4. Subscription & billing

The savings plan and EMI monitoring are offered at ₹99 per month, billed through your app store via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store settings. Seeing whether you can save is always free.

5. Leads & advisor referrals

When you express interest in an optimisation or a new loan, you authorise us to share the relevant details with our advisors and lending partners so they may contact you. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.

6. No guarantee of savings

Savings figures shown are indicative estimates based on your bureau data and prevailing rates. Final terms depend on the lender's assessment and approval. We do not guarantee any specific saving, approval, or rate.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, or attempt to access another person's data. Accounts found in breach may be suspended.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software in LoanWatch are owned by MaxiMoney and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoanWatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from decisions made by lending partners.

10. Termination

You may stop using LoanWatch and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

1. What we collect

Only what the audit needs:

• Your mobile number, name, and PAN.
• Your credit report, retrieved via a soft pull from the bureau.
• App usage and device data needed to keep the service secure.

2. Why we use it

Solely to check whether your EMIs can be lowered, to power EMI Monitor, and — only with your explicit action — to connect you with advisors. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Soft credit pull

We retrieve your report through a soft enquiry. Soft enquiries are invisible to other lenders and have no impact on your credit score.

4. When we share

We share details with a lending partner or advisor only after you tap "I'm interested" on a specific opportunity. We use trusted processors (bureau, billing, hosting) under strict contracts. We never sell your data.

5. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with bank-grade encryption, with access tightly restricted on a need-to-know basis.

6. How long we keep it

Only as long as your account is active or as required by law. When you delete your profile, we erase your personal data within 7 days, except records we must legally retain.

7. Your rights (DPDP)

You can access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Delete my data, or via the Delete-my-data page. We honour every request.
